These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ID Scanner app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

ID Scanner lets you scan identity documents, read their fields, keep scan records, run an optional camera-based Deep Check, and manage a watchlist. The App is a tool to assist you; Deep Check can identify supported concerns but does not prove that a document is genuine or confirm a person's identity. You make the final decision.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only where you have a valid legal basis and any required consent to scan a given document. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to collecting and handling identity data in your location and industry.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the App to harass, profile, or unlawfully surveil people.
• Do not scan documents you have no lawful right to process.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App.
• Do not use the App to break any applicable law or regulation.

4. Your content and records

You are responsible for the documents you scan and the records you create, including their accuracy and retention. You are responsible for deleting data you no longer have a lawful basis to keep.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store, and billing, renewals, and cancellations are subject to that store's terms. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Infinexalabs LLC and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App under these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The App may rely on app stores and trusted providers that help us run the App or maintain private backups. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their portions of the service.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of document reading. Age-check results may be incomplete or incorrect; do not rely on the App as your sole basis for any decision with legal or safety consequences.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
